Harriet Island is located just across the Mississippi River from Downtown St. Paul.

• Directions from the West: Take I-94 eastbound to 5th Street exit. Follow 5th Street. Take a right onto Robert Street. Turn right (west) onto Plato Blvd.

• Directions from the East: Take I-94 westbound to 6th Street exit. Follow 6th Street. Take a left onto Robert Street. Turn right (west) onto Plato Blvd.

​Parking Shuttle

As in years past, we will be providing an ADA-accessible public shuttle from the Comcast Parking Lot to the Harriet Island festival grounds main entrance on Water Street. The shuttle will run in a continuous loop making pick-ups and drop-offs at each of the two stops, approximately every 10 to 15 minutes.

• Hours of Operation: Friday, 4:30pm-11:00pm  |  Saturday, 10:00am-11:30pm  |  Sunday, 9:30am-7:30pm
