The Flavor of the Fest
Twin Cities Irish Fest is a grand celebration of all things Irish, and every year we strive to offer a legendary variety of food to tens of thousands of hungry guests.
To ensure a diverse and exciting festival menu, we use an equitable application process for all potential vendors. This allows us to open up opportunities to a wide range of local businesses while continuing to celebrate the long-term partners we know and love.

2026 Application Timeline

March 15: Application Opens

June 1: Decisions finalized and vendors notified

June 15: Signed Vendor Agreements due (via DocuSign)

July 25: Final Deadline: All menu items, pricing, permits, insurance certificates, and ST-19 forms due
