The Flavor of the Fest

Twin Cities Irish Fest is a grand celebration of all things Irish, and every year we strive to offer a legendary variety of food to tens of thousands of hungry guests.

To ensure a diverse and exciting festival menu, we use an equitable application process for all potential vendors. This allows us to open up opportunities to a wide range of local businesses while continuing to celebrate the long-term partners we know and love.

2026 Application Timeline

  • March 15: Application Opens

  • May 1: Application window closes

  • June 1: Decisions finalized and vendors notified

  • June 15: Signed Vendor Agreements due (via DocuSign)

  • July 25: Final Deadline: All menu items, pricing, permits, insurance certificates, and ST-19 forms due

  • July 1: Booth Space Payment Due

Please Note: Completing this interest form is the first step to getting the ball rolling, though it does not guarantee a booth for 2026. We look forward to learning more about your business!​​

Payment Refund Policy: Please note that after August 2nd, all space payments become non-refundable.
