Become a food vendor

Twin Cities Irish Fest is a celebration of all things Irish, and each year we love to offer a great variety of food options for our tens of thousands of hungry guests. We are working to be inclusive in all our practices including how we select food vendors for the festival by using an application process. We will treat everyone who applies equitably. By adding this step to our selection process we hope to be able to open up opportunities to a variety of food vendors. And for those we know and work with - thank you kindly for applying as well.

Completing this interest form is not a guarantee of a Food Vendor booth at Irish Fest 2026, but it gets the ball rolling.

March 15: Application Available. 2026 Irish Fest Interest Form

May 1: Application window closes

June 1: Decisions finalized and vendors notified.

June 15: Agreement vendor signature due (via DocuSign)

July 25: All menu items, pricing, permits, insurance certificates, signed agreement, and ST-19 are due.

August 1: Booth Space Payment Due*

*NOTE: After August 2nd all space payments become non-refundable
